Let us begin!
Step 1: Connect to any VPN Services you are using (HotspotShield, RaptorVPN, TsunamiVPN, etc.). Refer to the screen shots below for the config.
go to start > control panel > network & internet connections > network connections > then right click your connection
Step 2: Download & run UltraSurf. Refer to the screen shots below for the config. Find the attached file to download ultrasurf
Note: For windows 7 & vista user, run ultrasurf as administrator. For Mozilla Firefox settings, go to Tools > select Options > then select Advanced > under Advanced, select Network > then click “Settings” on the right side > choose “Manual proxy configuration” > then you will see HTTP Proxy, input 127.0.0.1, for Port input 9666 > click Ok > then Ok. For Google Chrome, NO NEED!
Step 3: You’re done! You may start downloading or uploading…enjoy =)
